In this talk, we review the structure and classification of physic subsonic/supersonic/transonic steady-states for Euler-Poisson equations of semiconductor model with sonic boundary, we are mainly interested in the structural stability and quasi-neutral limits for the subsonic-sonic steady-states. The sonic boundary, a critical case, usually makes the structure of solutions to be various and fantastic, and causes some singularities for the solutions.
